Return and Exchange Policy

At TLM Millionaire Studios, each piece is handcrafted in the USA, built for the movers, the risk-takers, and the self-made. No mass production. No shortcuts.

Because of the custom, limited-edition nature of our collections, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is placed.

 

Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same item (or a store credit if the piece is no longer available).
To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must notify us within 3 business days of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos of the damage and original packaging

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship a replacement or issue store credit.

Shipping Policy

At TLM Millionaire Studios, each piece is handcrafted to order with care and precision.

 

Order Fulfillment
Please allow up to 10 business days for order fulfillment.
This fulfillment period is for preparing, crafting, packaging, and processing your artwork before it is shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
After fulfillment, your order will be shipped via the method selected at checkout.
We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (typically 3–7 business days depending on destination)

  • Expedited Shipping (typically 2–4 business days depending on destination)

 

Delivery times are estimates and begin after the fulfillment period is complete. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

 

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location. Rates are provided directly through our shipping carriers.

Package Size
Each piece measures approximately 11" x 14" x 2" and will be shipped in a package to accommodate this size, based on shipping carrier requirements. 
At this time, there are no size variation options.

 

Important Notes

  • Once a package is transferred to the postal carrier, TLM Millionaire Studios is not responsible for delivery delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for any issues after shipment.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.
    We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
